One room available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at Fountain Park. One year lease from Aug 2010-Aug 2011. One mile away from campus, bus runs frequently to campus and mall. The rent is $340 plus half electric utility.
I am a male graduate student at economics department. Clean, quite and easy going. I would prefer a graduate student who is non-smoker, clean and quiet, with no pets.
