Dear friends,

I am sending a note on behalf of a friend of mine, who is coming to Bloomington in June as a visiting scholar from Taiwan. He is looking for a short-term summer sublease with the following expectations:
Date of sublease: 6/10-9/10, 2011
---master bedroom
--with personal bathroom & toilet
--queen-size bed & desk
--air conditioning equipped
--internet (cable/wireless) available
--public kitchen & refrigerator
--walking distance to the campus (or shuttle service available)
--rate: $350/month (utility included)

I have to say that it is very very improbable to find such a place satisfying all your requirements. I suggest you make some of them flexible and some are firm.
