We are subleasing our apartment start from spring 2013, as we will live with our friends together.
This price covers the entire apartment (exclude the utility cost), which including:
- Convenience transportation, route 6 commute to school every 20 min’ , Route 8 / 3 are easy to college mall and shopping center
- 2 big bedroom, 1 has huge closet / 1 bath room / full-size & equip kitchen / a small loft upper the living room
- We can offer basic furniture if you need, like twin bed, study table with chair, big dinner table, as well as a rice cooker
- Meadow park has swimming pool, gym room, laundry room
- Our apartment locate nearby the bus stop in 1 min’ walk
The contract will be due at July 2013, but we can shift the contract if you would like extend the contract.
去学校和超市都很方便。。。而且很安静也很安全的。。。周围环境很好，一般都是PHD或家庭，周围邻居素质很高，不会有party 也不会吵。。。因为要和朋友住才转租，不要错过这个好机会哦。。。需要什么我们都可以商量的
