Two bedroom two bathroom (one room available after August 15, 2015).

My roommate will be graduating in the summer. I'm looking for someone to take over his lease ($455 per month). The place is called Fountain Park. Our apartment is at the third floor of the building coming with great view of the landscape.

The apartment has washer and drier, and it is also very clean. If you are looking for a quite, organized, and clean place, this is the place.
