Hi, I am living in a bedroom of a 2 bed 2 bath unit of Stratum apartment and looking for someone who takes over my renewed unit.The current monthly rent is $690 per month plus $10 flat water fee, but I renewed fairly early so the rent is $629 throughout a year (including the water fee), starting from this August.And I will pay the rent of the first month.You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, drawers, and spacious walk-in closet) and share the living room and kitchen with a roommate. There are sofas and table in the livingroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. Washer and dryer are in the unit as well.Don't worry about finding a roommate by yourself. The leasing office will match people based on your lifestyle.And the location is perfect for those who does not own a car since Kroger, College mall, Asian mart, and bus stops (for 9, 9 limited, and 3) are literally within a walking distance, less than 5 minutes. I have lived in this apartment for 3 years without a car. This is a great price considering the location.
