[2008]关于学校那个帐户~!!

我昨天用ad letter上的学号注册了学校那个账号~但是我想管理账号的时候说我As an applicant, you are not able to manage your accounts here. If you have not yet set up your applicant account, please visit the Special Applicant Starter Kit. Otherwise, please come back after you have been admitted.
~~这是咋回事？而且我想去申请房子，登陆的时候也fail了~~~还有那个onestart为什么不用输账号就能登陆~~难道注册账号的时候在电脑里留下了cookie？

24小时后试试，我一开始也这样，可能要等24小时。

是不是注册以后24小时才能login啊?我注册了以后登陆不上去，说:
The account 'XXX' is not able to access OneStart. Possible reasons include:

this is an individual account created within the last 15 minutes
this is an individual account not fully registered for OneStart access (please contact onestart@indiana.edu for assistance)
this is a group account, and therefore unable to access OneStart
