租期到2018.07.31。由于私人原因需要转租现在住的summit pointe公寓。912 sq ft，非常宽敞。卧室自带独立卫生间。两间卧室分布在客厅两边，互不影响，非常安静。小区环境优美，有鹿出没，带游泳池，独栋房子，可以养宠物。门口有1路坐13min到Indiana & 4th @ Law School站到学校校门，7路坐12min到Atwater & Fess站到学校。骑自行车12min，开车6-10min到学校。月租$395。我愿意自己支付200刀来感谢转租的同学。客厅有我留下的沙发和餐桌。舍友人懂礼貌、性格好，是IU的学生。希望来一个爱干净、性格成熟稳定的女性。

I am a IU female student. Due to my personal reason, I want to sublease my apartment that I lived for several months. The apartment is called Summit Pointe and it is very popular. The whole apartment is 912 sq ft, the room is spacious and the environment is very great. I often see deers. I am willing to pay $200 rent for this sublease.
Bus 1 and 7 express are right in front of the gate. 1 to downtown and 7 express directly to IU campus.
gas, electricity, internet are not included in $395 monthly rent. Approximately $50-80/month for the whole apartment. (I only lived this apartment since Aug,2017. I did not receive the bill yet.

I am an IU female student. Due to the change of personal life, I want to sublease my apartment. I am willing to pay $200 to promote this sublease.

*The lease ends 07.31.2018.
*The apartment is called Summit Pointe and it is very popular(Good location with grocery, bank,nice school around. Pet friendly. Swimming pool attached. ).
* The whole apartment is 912 sq ft and big enough for 2 people to live. The bedroom has its own bathroom and it is rather quiet because the noise from the other bedroom is miminum by the distance.
*The environment is very great. I often see deer.
*Bus 1 and 7 express are right in front of the gate. It takes 10-12min to campus by bus. Bus 1 to sample gate, law school,downtown and bus 7 to Jordan Hall(Biology building) that near physics, math, history, biology building. It is also easy to use bike to campus. It only takes 10-12 min.
*The gas, electricity and internet are not included in $395 monthly rent. I think those cost approximately $50-100/month for the whole apartment. (I only lived this apartment since Aug,2017. I did not know how much it costs yet.)
*My current roommate will continue live here until the lease expires. She is a Chinese female student in IU as well. Good personality and love clean enviroment.
