Hi dear All:
I have to transfer to IUPUI for nursing school(I didn't plan to that I will get into nursing school in spring 2009), so I need to get rid off my apartment!
Location: Campus corner! (close to campus, C-9 bus will take you all way to campus everywhere, behind Kroger, college mall...)
Rental Fee: ONLY $290 per month(Utility contain,which contains everything such as gas, internet, water, and so on) ! 2 other nicest roommates!!! contract until August(and I have already pay for the August and Jan. rental fee, I won't ask you to pay me back)!!! Fully furniture( give you a home feeling)!!!
Campus Corner is a good place to live, the only reason that I want to rent it out because I have to transfer!!!
