The available room is in a 2-bedroom apartment of Campus Walk, which is located at E. University street. 10 minutes walking distance to campus and bus lines, and less than 10 minutes walking distance to kroger(supermarket). It's a very convenient and quiet place to live! The room has a walk-in closet and all necessary furniture, like bed, desk, revolving chair and something else. Because it's furnished, the rent will be $345/month, or you can choose to buy them at $200 of your own to take over the lease. In addition, you need to pay $15 for the internet and around $25 for the electricity bill each month sharing with your roommate. Your future roommate is a really easy-going and considerate girl who is the master student from China.
