The monthly expense depends. But generally the rental for next academic year is about $600 (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, water,sewage,garbage included). If you are grad student, you can enjoy a $25 discount per month. Internet and electricity costs, on average, $120 per month. You may share the Internet and cable service with your neighbors, if lucky, which brings down costs.
The community is next to 6 Bus and post office, close to College Mall and Marsh supermarket. There is an outdoor swimming pool and laundry in the community. The leasing office is nice and helpful. |
