Who: Any Male or Female is welcome.

Because I am going to graduate in the middle of May 2017 but I have my apartment contract until the beginning of August 2017. Thus, I am looking for someone who can replace my position and pay my rents for that period. Renting detail is in the following:

Top floor apartment(furniture included): Two bedrooms with two independent bathrooms, living room,balcony with nice view

One roommate:Friendly Chinese IU student

Short-termrenting: The middle of May 2017 to the end of July 2017.

Long-term renting: Can sign contract immediately with the manager after my contract is over.

3 minute to Kroger and International Super Market by walk (it is just downstairs anyway)

15 minute to Kelley School or Hodge Hall by 9 Bus
