有公交到达学校，出门右转就是公寓洗衣房。房租每个月380美元，其他的所有费用每个月40美元左右。因为是转租，可以节省申请费和押金100多美元。屋子里的家具可送。

Because I will graduate this December, I want to sublease my room in a Woodbridge which has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The move-in date could be January next year or later. There are bus stops of 6,6L and 8 around the apartment, so you can reach campus and college mall in a few minutes. Also, there is a laundry room just outside the house. The rent is about 380 $ per month and other fees (electricity, gas, internet, and water) is about 40 $ per month. And you can save more than 100 $ for application fees and security deposit. Also, I will leave my furniture for you so you can save more money from your pocket.
