In-unit full-size laundry, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven.
Monthly rent originally is $695 (includes parking). Utilities are separate.
Utilities (you will split with your roommate): Water is usually around 40-60 depending on usage, the electric is usually around 80-100 per month during the summer and higher (probably 150+) in the winter depending on how strong your heat is. WiFi is different we use at&t and it's 50 per month.
The leasing office will collect the last month rent + one month deposit when you move in.
January will be free, so is August till end of lease (Aug 6th)
