今天才看到这封邮件。。看完之后我还是不知道应该怎么办？也不知道哪里有公司的消息。好心的人帮一帮忙。。。
是说，昨天没有申请的，就要CHARGE577刀？？哦。。天呢。。

If you are receiving this e-mail, you are about to be billed for insurance.
If you have qualifying insurance from elsewhere (even from an outside
sponsor), you must file a waiver request e-form through iStart no later than
Thursday, January 22nd. To qualify for the waiver, the coverage of your other
insurance must have begun on or before January 12th. There are no exceptions
to this deadline.

Please note that waivers must be filed by semester, so even if you were
approved in the Fall, you still need to resubmit a request for the Spring.
Insurance coverage must go through August 14, even you are graduating in May
(per university agreement with the insurance company).

If you have an academic appointment and think you should qualify for
insurance, please make sure that your contract specifies at least 15 hours per
week. If so, please let us know and we’ll look into the matter.

If you don’t submit a waiver request by 6:00 pm on January 13, you will
receive a bill of $577 on your next bursar’s billing statement for the
mandatory health insurance. A credit for this amount will be issued if you file a waiver prior to the end of the day on Thursday, January 22nd (please refer to paragraphs one and two for qualifying dates).
