i`m an international transfer student in spring. transfered from a college in seattle. i`m a 20 yr old,outgoing girl. hope to find a room for spring and/or summer.

i hope to find a room pet friendly(i have two tiny dogs) and close to biz school(no more than 15 min bus). i hope the roomy can be nice,not too loud and easy to talk with. i hope there can be one parking space for me. if there is a privite bathroom, that`s so cooooool.

i hope the rate can be no more than 450.

but everything is only "hope" now. we can talk more in email.
