call them!!! don just send tmail
there are 4000 new freshman every year, plus a lot of transfer and graduate students(master and phd).
ad office are very busy right now and most of them do not konw the visa is very important to us(China's visa condition is bad.....need to renew every year....shit)
please make a phone call, push them to do their job....
