I stay in Campus apartment (Bloomington Redbud 701) right now. My current contract is expiring on May 7th. The current contract can be extended until August 13th. Then it is ok either to sign a new contract until next May 7th (or August 13th) or just terminate. So, I would like to have a new Male roomate to move in.    I will sign the contract for the summer with Campus. You don't have to do that. You just need to pay $300/month for everything (it was 330$/month), including TV, utility, water, air conditions, etc.
  
Or if you are looking for a roomate to share a apartment, please let me know. Basically, I like to have a temperary 3 month's in the summer and have the flexibility to renew for next year.
