Hi all,

There is one bedroom apt is located in meadow park apt complex, west side of town. Bus 6 is available from the apt to the school.  
The driving distance to the campus is about 6-10mins. The roommate is a male Asian graduate student ,clean and easygoing.
The rent is $564 for the whole apartment, including water, and trash. The only thing you need to pay is rent plus electricity and
internet. The lease would start from Aug2010 to aug2011.
