[2008]HELP:已录取但packet还没收到！

打电话去ad office问，说是可能下周寄出
但是又说他们没有权力决定什么时候寄出
到底应该找哪个部门呢？

You can email your question on this link... I find it very usefull. They acutally get back to you within 1 or 2 days. I hope this will help

I am F3
I20 is only for visa and oversea travel.
ask them what you can do right now, iu should assist you at this point if they decide to send you the packet

1.i don think the storm is strong enought to delay oversea mailling system. i just back from indy, the high way was still in good condition.
2.ask them the reason for delay.
3.yeah, try to contact your depatment.
