1. Well, I don't think BURSAR takes any credit cards (so Visa is out of the question). When you open up an account in the US, you should transfer money (from RMB to USD) from Bank of China to the US bank, and pay by cutting a check payable to Indiana University
2. You pay by the semester. Living expenses,
3. Precaution - you want to get the BURSAR bill before you pay them. BURSAR bill is like your mobile phone bill, you get it every month. I can't remember when tuition gets billed - been out of school for a while.
