[2012]sublease for spring semester(287.5$ +utilities)

I am about to return to China at the end of this semester. So I am subleasing my room in a 2-bedroom- 1- bathroom apartment at Knightridge apartment
(http://www.cfcproperties.com/knightridge-apartments/). The available move-in
time would be from Jan 03(including that day), the move-out time according to
the lease is Aug 05 2013. I already checked with the landlord and they are OK
with this transaction. The apartment is located at the entrance of Knightridge
apartment so it is right at the No6 bus stop to campus. (Here linked the bus

The community is very quiet and beautiful. My room will be semi-furnitured by
the time you move in so all you will need is a study desk and your bed.  The living room is already furnitured so that
you do not need to worry about furniture in living room. The room, living room,
kitchen and bathroom are all in good shape (clean) now. My roommate is a
friendly American girl, who graduated from IU as an undergraduate last year and
currently works in Bloomington. It is very easy to get on well with her.

The rent is 287.5 $ per month (If you are graduate student, after discount, the rent is 275$ per month). Apart from that, there is electricity (per person, ranging from 35$ to 70$) and internet fee(per person, 17.5$).
