Fountain Park 的studio转租啦！三周，朝南，在小区的最后面，非常安静。现在住的是一个韩国女孩，非常干净，她去年8月搬进去的，但是现在要move去另外一个城市了，所以转租！小区临近Marsh和College Mall，同时有6路和3路车到学校，所以购物上学都很方便。
1. 五月起转租， 房租$589+电费。房子是7月23日到期，之后如果要续租的话也是可以的，而且会比直接和leasing office租便宜一些，如果你是IU的学生或者访问学者，有$25的discount。5月到7月23日之间的房租negotiable。
2. 她可以包ATT的网费（24.95一个月）至七月底。
3. 一些家具可以留下，包括床垫、吸尘器和一些厨房用具。

Hello,
a studio is available in Fountain Park apartment at 10th st near campus.
I'm looking for someone to take over my contract which will terminate on July 23rd. If you like the house, you can renew the contract with the current rent, $589. You can get $25 discount, if you are a graduate student at IU.
My house is on the third floor with a balcony, facing south. It's really clean and quiet place to live.
Available starting in May
Rent $589/month (negotiable and $25 discount available for a graduate student)
ATT internet - $24.95 (I will pay until August)
Duke Energy - depends on usage
Water - included in rent
Close to Marsh, College Mall, Staples, and Barnes & Noble
Since I'm moving to a different city, I will leave some of my stuff for the new tenant including a vaccum, a mattress and kitchen appliances which I’ve used for less than two years.
