near campus.

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract which
will terminate on July 13rd.

The current rent is $559 if you are a graduate student at
IU. If not, $584 by July 13rd. If you like the house, you can renew the
contract, $599.

You can get $25 discount, if you are a graduate student
at IU.

My house is on the 1st floor with a balcony, facing
south.

It's a clean and quiet place to live.

Available starting in June

Rent $584/month (negotiable and $25 discount available

Duke Energy - depends on usage
Water - included in rent (From August, $15 will be
charged)
Close to Marsh, College Mall, Staples, and Barnes &
Noble

Since I'm moving back to my country, I can leave some of
my stuff for the new tenant including a bed, two chairs in the kitchen (because
a kitchen table is already attached, you don’t need a kitchen table) and a long
lamp, if you want.
