1 关于Ascend
Ascend IUB Chapter 成立于2010年。致力于帮助每一位成员抓住更好的机遇和在商业领域有更好的发展。每学期都会开展多种多样的活动和帮助成员们更好的在Kelley发展与展现自己的才华, 以帮助广大亚裔学生在Kelley能有更全面的发展。Ascend提供包括有EDP Program, Case Workshop, Mentor & Mentee Program和IT Workshop等等的Programs帮助学生在Kelley全方面提高专业素养。除了举办上述programs外, Ascend每学期还举行多种多样的有趣社交活动, 例如 laser tag, bowling social night 等。如果你想更多地了解我们的program，来参加我们的callout吧！现场会有Ascend board members为你悉心解答任何问题哦~
Ascend Indiana University Bloomington Chapter is founded in 2010, as the local chapter of Ascend. The premier nation-wide professional organization dedicated to enabling its members, business partners and the community to leverage the leadership and global business potential of Pan-Asians.
2 Programs&Workshops简介
EDP Program
EDP Program为Ascend成员提供了资源与专业指导去建立能够在当今商界取得成功的关键基础。项目时长一学期，包含了商科常识，简历修改，社交技巧，面试指导和演讲培训等多个专题。
Exclusive Development Program equips Ascend members with resources and guidance to build the professionalism needed to succeed in the business world. The semester-long program covers a wide range of topics including business fundamentals, resume, networking, interview, and presentation.
Case Workshop
Case Workshop为Ascend成员提供了一个学习问题解决和团队协作的平台。每个学期的Case Workshop包含三个部分，其中包括教学讲座，Ascend内部案例比赛和外来公司赞助案例比赛。
Case Workshop provides a platform for Ascend members to build problem-solving and teamwork skills. Each semester, Case Workshop breaks down into three comprehensive modules containing curriculums, a self-control case competition within Ascend and company-held case competition.
Mentor & Mentee Program
Mentor & Mentee Program以加强学员专业能力为目标，包括但不仅限于建立个人简历，招聘会经验分享，面试准备和实习建议等多方面指导。给每位学员匹配一位高年级的导师，帮助解答生活，学习，以及求职上的困难。
Mentor & Mentee Program aims to strengthen mentees's professional abilities in many aspects, including, but not limited to resume building, career fair tips, interview preparation, and internship suggestions.
IT Workshop
IT Workshop邀请不同的讲师教会Ascend成员灵活使用Photoshop, Indesign, Tableau和影片剪辑等的不同专题。
IT Workshop familiarized Ascend members over topics including Photoshop, InDesign, Tableau, video editing through inviting various guest speakers.
