Hi,

I'm a second-year doctoral student at SPEA. I've renewed my lease with Fountain Park Apartments from 07/31/2017 through 07/30/2018. I've stayed in this 2B2B unit for two years, and it has some of the most desirable features only available in very few apartments in town, including a spacious master bedroom (with private bathroom), a full-size kitchen, within-unit laundry washer and dryer, and a balcony with great view. My current roommate is moving out in July so contact me if you're interested in taking his room (master bedroom). He has plenty of furniture (king-size bed, study desk, lamps, etc.) and I can ask the price if you want to buy anything in particular from him. Otherwise, he'll move all his stuff and you'll need to bring your own furniture.

I'm a clean-living male and spend most of my time on campus doing research. I cook occasionally and I'd like to keep the common areas, especially the kitchen, clean. I prefer someone who's focused, industrious, and have a healthy lifestyle. Male only, but racial diversity is more than welcomed.
