Hi all,

I'm a fourth-year doctoral student at SPEA. I will be off campus for an exchange program and would like to sublease my room in a 2B2B unit in Fountain Park Apartments. The room will be available from August through December 2018. Price is $400/month, $450 if including internet and electricity. Your roommate will be a male Ph.D. student in mathematics. The apartment complex is along the No.6 bus route reaching most major locations on campus (https://bloomingtontransit.com/bus-route/6-campus-shuttle-6-limited/).

I've stayed in this 2B2B unit for 3 years, It has some of the best desirable features only available in a few apartment complexes in town, including a full-size kitchen, within-unit laundry washer and dryer, and a balcony with great view. Your roommate is a clean-living male and he spends most of his time on campus doing research. He cooks occasionally and he is keeping the common areas, especially the kitchen, very clean. He is focused, industrious, and have a very healthy lifestyle. He is expecting someone who is similarly positive and hardworking. Party holders and loud games are not welcomed.
